Harmony Online now has FIVE warehouses across the United States in order to provide the fastest time in transit for our customers. Expedited shipping options are always available including next day air. Orders are processed within 30 minutes of receipt and will ship the same day or next business day if received after 2 p.m. CST. We are located in Oshkosh, WI. and utilize both United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) again to provide the best service and least time in transit for our customers.

To qualify for free shipping, your prepaid order total must be greater than $99.00 USD (not including tax) at the time of checkout. Please note that free shipping is only available to the lower 48 states, and the shipment method used will be UPS ground. During checkout, you must select the "Free Shipping" option.

On all Paul Jansen & Son adjustable piano benches Harmony Online will provide a LIFETIME warranty on the mechanism of your bench. This warranty includes all shipping charges both ways (UPS ground only). There will be NO out of pocket costs for you!

Our 30 day return policy is one of the most generous in the industry. We allow you to return almost any product for any reason. When returning a product, you can request an identical replacement item, exchange the product for another product, or request a refund. If the return results from the receipt of damaged or defective product, or from our mistake, we will pay the shipping charges - both to have your item sent back to us, and to send you a replacement item.

How do you return a product?

Please remember: you can return a product for any reason. Being honest about the reason will just help us process your exchange, replacement, or refund more quickly. We will respond to your request swiftly. You will receive a return authorization number, instructions for sending your product back, and an address for the return. Email Us for Return Authorization . Do not attempt this by phone, thank you.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy

Products that match the following categories can only be returned for replacement if they are defective or damaged in transit or only for exchange if they are still sealed.

• Printed music (books and sheet music), Videotapes, DVDs, Sample Libraries, Style Disks, Sound Expansion Boards, Sound Cards, and Software (which may also include hardware bundled with software) cannot be returned once opened due to copyright law.
• Cassettes, open reel tape, DAT tape, CD-R, MiniDisc, and FlashROM media cannot be returned once opened due to the possibility that they could be used.
• Drumheads, Drumsticks, Cleaning Supplies, Care Products, Rosin, Tubes, and nstrument Strings cannot be returned once opened because they are disposable.
• Microphones (all types), Harmonicas, Ear Plugs, In-Ear Monitors, Heil Talk Boxes, and any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or your inner ear cannot be returned once opened due to health laws.
• All instruments parts including guitar parts, instrument pickups, and raw frame speakers cannot be returned once opened due to the possibility that they could be used.
• Cymbals cannot be returned once opened due to the fact that they immediately reveal use.

Analog and digital recording gear (e.g. ADATS, hard-disk recorders, etc) or CD duplicatorsthat shows wear or significant usage time may be refused or result in a restocking fee.

Items not returned in the condition described here may be subject to restocking fees (up to 20% of the purchase price, as determined by our cost of replacing the missing items including a processing fee for this labor-intensive process) or refusal of the return. Larger items and items that we ship directly from our vendors can be subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee may apply if you refuse delivery or as a result of delivery exceptions, as well as from a typical return. Our return policy is very generous, but these exceptions are necessary; please consider them in making your purchase. If there are any questions as to whether an item is included in the list of exceptions before you buy, please email us.
