I also wanted to tell you that I looked high and low to find this piano in a price range that fit my budget... Thanks to Harmony Online, I was able to purchase this without reservation... You currently have the best deal out there! Some companies are charging a little bit less for the piano, but ridiculous (+$40 or more) on shipping.

I just wanted to let anyone know about a wonderful experience I had buying a Schoenhut, in case you are looking for a good place to buy one.

I called Harmony Online ( http://www.harmonyonline.com/ 1-(800) 639-0552) and asked for some advice on choosing a piano. The very helpful saleswoman asked me several questions and directed me to what she thought would suit us best. She was incredibly helpful and courteous, and her prices were very reasonable as well. She's even going to disguise the box for me so that my wife and daughter don't see what the UPS man brought!

I highly recommend Harmony Online for anyone considering a Schoenhut.

Ok - I just had to post a follow up to my own post!

I don't know if all Schoenhut retailers are as nice and genuinely concerned as Mary Ann at HarmonyOnline.com is but if they are I can understand why they have the reputation they do.

I called her this am letting her know I was an unhappy customer and her concern was quite genuine. When I described the unstableness of the piano I purchased she told me, "there has to be something wrong for it to be that way"....then I actually played the keys over the phone for her and she told me, "there is definetely something very wrong with that piano...she immediately (and without further question) told me she was going to send out another piano today! She was going to make certain the replacement piano was on the way even though I was still in possession of the first one. This is TRUST!

After we talked further we both agreed that I should perhaps switch to the deluxe spinet (simply because of my concerns) and it is on the way....she is sending me a return label from UPS to send the defective piano back to her but the new one is already on it's way!

This is what I call A+ SERVICE. Again, I can't speak for other retailers but this lady was genuinely concerned and expressed to me that while Schoenhuts were technically "toy pianos" they were considered learning instruments and she wanted to make certain things were made right!

In todays world it's so seldom to be treated in such a gracious manner and I just want to make certain everyone at Schoenhut knows what an asset you have in this particular retailer!

I am certain now that I did make the right decision and look forward to my grandaughter enjoying and learning to play her Schoenhut!

Yesterday I was attempting to install the grand piano dollies that I just purchased from you folks and had to call you for some help on removing the existing casters. Just wanted to say thanks for all the help from Marianne and Bill. It is so refreshing to have that kind of customer service after a sale and in these days and times it is rare! I was able to install them with no further problems and at long last, I am able to move my Grand Piano by myself to other areas of the room for the best acoustical sound. Thanks for all your help and I will continue to do business and also recommend you to others. Firstly, I have never seen the Jansen's bench in any music shop anywhere in Australia. Therefore I could not test out the feel or the comfort of the bench. I have only seen these benches on television or in pictures on the web. After receiving my bench I could not believe how comfortable it was. It also is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship and enhances the look of my grand piano greatly! I have had many different benches and stools over the years but never experienced such a comfortable feeling at the piano! Also, it is so quiet. When leaning to the top or bottom of the keyboard there is NO squeaks from the bench. It is a truly amazing bench and definitely worth every dollar I paid! Thank-you Marianne so much! It was most wonderful doing business with you over the phone and I have received my polish. I had ordered from you the Cory Super High Gloss polish. I polished my grand piano about 3-4 days ago... and have even had a day I left my cover off the piano. WOW I'm so impressed that there still isn't any dust collection on the piano! This is amazing polish and it went on and rubbed in so easily!! And the final result was a show room finish!!!! It shines like the day it was bought. To Online Order Manager; I recently purchased one of your piano benches for my wife for Christmas. I am one of those bad husbands that waited until 3 days before Christmas to really get serious about buying the gift. I was insulted by one person in my hometown because I was so late in buying this gift. Another place was completely out of stock. That is when I tried your website - http://www.harmonyonline.com. I was very pleased with the interface (very intuitive and extremely easy to navigate) and found what I wanted very quickly. Realizing I needed to try and talk to someone about overnight shipping I called the customer service number listed on your order page. I girded myself for more abuse and insults. I also expected the response that the item was out of stock. When the person answered, they were very pleasant, they treated me kindly even after I told them I was a bad husband, and they processed my order promptly and efficiently. My piano bench arrived on Christmas eve as promised and it was exactly what my wife wanted! The price was well below what I expected to ultimately pay for the bench (the shipping price was what I expected for being so dumb to wait so long!).
